We're jogging a minimum of 31 miles in May for families facing baby loss

This May, my daughter Mia has asked me to help her raise money for charity, by jogging a minimum of 31 miles in May. It's a charity that is so close to our family's hearts, Sands, The Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Charity. 

As some of you will know, me and my wife Rachel lost our first child, and Mias big brother, Zachary, in November 2012. This was a devastating time for us, as it is for every family who goes through the tragedy of losing a child.

 Sands exists to reduce the number of babies dying and to support anyone affected by the death of a baby, before, during or shortly after birth, whenever this happened and for as long as they need support. 

Every donation, no matter how big or small is massively appreciated.
