I’m running 2k a day in January for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to running 2k a day this January for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

31 Days, 62Km for Sands 🏃‍♀️

Hey, 

I'm kicking off the new year with a bang – or should I say, a slow jog 😂. From January 1st to January 31st, I'll be running 2K a day for 31 days to raise money for Sands, the charity that supports families affected by stillbirth and neonatal death.

Why Sands?
Because they're awesome, and so are the tiny humans they're helping 🙏.

My Why: I'm doing this because pregnancy loss hits close to home. I've felt the pain of what it's like to lose a baby, and I know my partner deals with it every day too. It's a tough road, but with Sands, families get the support they need. Every step I take is for them 💕
