I’ve committed to walking 100K in March for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Thursday 26th FebIn March, I’ll be walking 100k to raise money for Sands 🤍
At the end of 2025, I experienced two chemical miscarriages. It’s something that changes you in ways you never expect. The heartbreak, the silence, the “what ifs” — it stays with you.
I know I’m not alone, and that’s one of the hardest parts. So many families walk this path quietly.
That’s why I want to give back. Sands supports bereaved parents, funds research, and works to improve care so that fewer families have to experience this pain.
100k will be a challenge — physically and emotionally — but it feels like something meaningful I can do in honour of our babies and in support of others going through loss.
