Precious Babies
Thursday 19th FebThe reason I am doing this challenge is in memory of my best friends baby girl Enfys who was born sleeping on the 18/4/25.
She was a miracle baby but I will let her tell her own story of their precious girl.
After a 20 years+ fertility journey and 9 rounds of IVF, at the end of 2024 we had our prayers answered with round 10 and became pregnant for the first time.
A journey of mixed emotions followed every day..Our 12 week scan showed a busy and healthy baby.
Sadly, a day before our 20 week scan, on 15/04/25, our little miracle fell asleep.
Our beautiful baby girl was born 3 days later on, 18/04/25 at 20 weeks, Enfys Celyn. She was perfect in every way, the tiniest fingers and toes and the cutest button nose. A day of sadness and happiness.
On the journey I will also take my own baby girl who was born sleeping in 2006. Along with my niece and nephew who were born sleeping in 2018. Along with many friend and family members who have sadly lost their precious rainbow babies 🌈👶👼
Every penny raised, no amount to small will go to an amazing charity to help more unfortunate parents. Sadly the statistics are high but it should be a pain none of us should ever endure. A pain that never leaves you 💔
