We're jogging 31 miles in May - In loving memory of our angel baby🧡💙

Not everyone knows, but on the 15th of May 2023, Jordan and I experienced the devastating loss of our angel baby when I was 5 months pregnant. It was - and still is - one of the hardest times of our lives. It’s something we will never truly get over.

But through the darkness, we found some light in the support and resources offered by charities like Sands. They were there when we needed somewhere to turn - providing comfort, understanding, and a sense that we weren’t alone.

That’s why this cause is so close to our hearts.

This May, Jordan and I have committed to jogging 31 miles (so 62 miles in total) for every much-loved baby who is no longer with us. It’s for our own angel baby, and for every other family who knows the pain of such a heart breaking loss. 

With each mile, we honour their memory and keep their light shining - like stars that continue to glow, even when they can’t be seen.

Sands does incredible work to support bereaved families, train healthcare professionals, and fund vital research to help prevent baby loss in the future. They ensure that no one has to face this heartbreak without support.
