I’m swimming in November for families facing baby loss
Hello you beautiful people.
Firstly thank you for taking the time to check out what am up to this autumn.
I’ve committed to swimming this November for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
As a charity close to my heart, I am setting the challenge high... every length I swim represent a grieving parent, and every stroke I take is in memory of a precious little heart sent to heaven to early.
Grief is the hardest pain we all have to deal with at some point in our lives, but to out live your child , your future, the beautiful gift of life cut short, is the hards pain that lingers on for life.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby.
Anything you are able to donate means so much. Even if it is a message of warm well wishes, is deeply appreciated.
I would swim a million miles if I could, but my challenge to raise £1500 funds towards this amazing charity is 10k swim in 30 days beginning 1st November.

Dani, I’m so proud of you! Swimming for Sands is such a beautiful way to honour the little ones gone too soon and support families who’ve felt that pain.
