Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. This September, I’ll be walking 100k in honour of the babies who never got to grow up, and the families who carry their memory every single day. 💙💗

Baby loss is something that touches far more lives than we often realise, yet it can be so hard to talk about. This walk is my way of helping to break the silence, to raise awareness, and to show love and support to every parent, family member, and friend who has faced the unimaginable.

Every step I take will be for the little ones gone too soon, for the parents who hold them in their hearts, and for a future where no one has to walk this journey alone.
