Aberystwyth 10k

I’m taking on the Aberystwyth 10K to raise money for Sands, a charity very close to my heart.

I have close friends and family who have experienced the unimaginable heartbreak of losing a child, and I know how important it is to have support during such a devastating time. Sands provides vital support to families who are affected by the loss of a baby or child, helping them through some of the darkest moments of their lives.

Running 10K will be a real challenge for me personally, but knowing I’m doing it for such an important cause will keep me going every step of the way. I’ll give it absolutely everything I’ve got and hopefully turn the challenge into something positive that can help raise awareness and much-needed funds for Sands.
