Walk 100k in March 2026

I’m walking 100K in March for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to walking 100K in March for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Thank you.

Why it matters?

Wednesday 18th Feb

This March, I’m taking on a 100K walk to raise money for Sands — a charity doing incredible work to support families affected by the loss of a baby and to help save lives.

Having just had a baby myself, I simply couldn’t imagine the grief of ever losing her. When my daughter was born, she needed oxygen and spent time in NICU. That experience showed me just how fragile those first moments can be and how important support for families really is. It made me even more aware of how vital charities like Sands are.

Sands provides life-changing support to bereaved families, offers guidance and comfort through the darkest times, funds vital research, and works with healthcare professionals to improve care and reduce baby loss. Their work brings hope, drives change, and helps ensure that every family receives the compassion and support they deserve.

That’s why I’m walking 100K — to raise awareness, support families, and help make a difference.

If you’d like to support me, please consider donating or sharing this post. Every contribution helps Sands continue their vital work and bring hope to families who need it most.

Thank you so much for your support 💙
