I’m walking 100K in March for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to walking 100K in March for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Steps for Bo-Laken

There has not been a single day in the last 12 years that my little boy has not been in my thoughts. The endless torture of what would he be like what would be his interests, dislikes. I always say what I would do to have both my children growing up together as it should have been. The truth is if a simple test was provided at the 20 Week scan there is a strong chance Bo would be living his life. Medical research is so needed. Hopefully I can raise some funds by walking 100k throughout march 2026. No parent should have to say goodbye and leave a maternity ward without a baby. One of the hardest things was handing him over to a nurse, turning my back on him knowing he would be taken to a mortuary. Followed closely by holding his coffin. The sad thing is there is to many parents that have had to go through this... There shouldn't be one. Id love to have this number reduced.
