Walk 100k in March 2026

I’m walking 100K in March for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to walking 100K in March for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Thank you.

Raising support for others

Tuesday 10th Feb
My name is Adam Webster. I never imagined I would be writing a blog like this, but life can change in ways you’re never prepared for.
I am a dad to a beautiful young son who I lost far too soon and  3 wonderful daughters . There are no words that fully explain that pain. It’s a loss that doesn’t fade, doesn’t follow rules, and doesn’t come with a guide on how to survive it. Some days are heavy, some days are quiet, and some days the grief arrives when you least expect it.
I created this space not just to share my own journey, but to let others know they are not alone. Grief can be incredibly isolating. It can feel like the world keeps moving while yours has stopped. If you are a parent who has lost a child, or someone walking through deep loss, I want you to know that your feelings are valid whatever they look like.
This blog is a place for honesty. For remembering our children. For talking about the hard days as well as the small moments of strength that come in between. I don’t have answers, and I’m not here to tell anyone how to grieve. I’m simply here to share, to listen, and to support where I can.
If my words help even one person feel seen, understood, or less alone, then my son’s light continues to reach others—and that means everything to me
