Bolton Abbey - 10km Walk - 11/10/25

We are proud to be raising funds for Sands, a charity dedicated to supporting the NHS and families who are experiencing pregnancy and baby loss. For many families, losing a baby is a devastating and life-changing experience, and Sands provides crucial emotional support, guidance, and resources during this incredibly difficult time.

This cause is incredibly close to our hearts, and to show our support, we will be walking 10km to raise awareness and much-needed funds. Every step we take represents hope, remembrance, and the community coming together to help those in need.

Your support can make a real difference. Every donation, no matter how small, helps Sands continue their vital work—supporting bereaved families, funding research, and helping improve care for parents and babies.

Please join us in supporting this cause and help us make a positive impact for families who need it most. Together, we can walk for hope, for remembrance, and for those whose journey was tragically cut short.

We’re taking part in Sands Ribbon Run

We're taking part in Sands Ribbon Run this Baby Loss Awareness Week 9-15 October.

Sands exists to support anyone affected by the death of a baby, before, during or shortly after birth, whenever this happened and for as long as they need support.

By sponsoring us, you are helping Sands break the silence around baby loss and to continue to save babies’ lives.

£10 - could provide a hand and footprint kit to help create memories.

£20 - could provide a bereaved family with a memory box to help create and keep safe precious and lasting memories of their baby.

£35 - could answer a call from someone reaching out for support who has been through pregnancy loss or the death of a baby.

£100 - could help ensure every hospital in the UK has a dedicated Sands volunteer to help healthcare professionals access our training, guidance and support.
