We're running 2k a day in January for families facing baby loss

We're setting ourselves a challenge in January to run 2km EVERY DAY to raise much needed funds and awareness for families facing baby loss. 

We're running for our own reasons and also in solidarity and support for everyone we know and love who has been affected by baby loss at any stage. You are seen, you are loved and we hope that by raising funds and awareness, we can contribute to making sure that no-one has to face this heartbreak without dedicated, specialist support available. 

Every day in the UK, 13 babies die shortly before, during or soon after birth and at least 1 in 6 pregnancies end in miscarriage. Thousands of families experience the heartbreak of this loss and having dedicated support available to help families at these difficult and often life changing times is invaluable. 

For 40 years, Sands has provided a safe, understanding and caring community for anyone touched by pregnancy or baby loss, but they rely on donations and support to keep providing this vital service when it's most needed.
