I’m taking part in Sands Starlight Walk
I’m taking part in Sands Starlight Walk as I want to help those affected by the loss of a baby to find the light in the dark. Every day 13 babies die before, during or shortly after birth. I am raising funds to help Sands continue to build a world where more babies survive, and more families receive the happy ending they deserve.

Starlight Walk is a sponsored walk where hundreds of people come together to walk under the stars to remember their babies and raise funds for Sands. 🌟 Walking in Memory and Hope – The SANDS Starlight Walk 🌟
Tuesday 7th OctOn Saturday 1st November, I’ll be taking part in the SANDS Starlight Walk in Edinburgh — a special evening of remembrance, reflection, and hope.
The walk brings families and communities together to honour the precious babies who are loved and missed, and to raise awareness and funds for the incredible work that SANDS (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society) do. Their support for bereaved families and their ongoing research and campaigning make a real difference every single day.
This cause means a great deal to me, and I’m proud to walk beneath the stars — each one representing a tiny light that continues to shine brightly in our hearts. ✨
