We’re taking part in Sands Virtual Ribbon 10k Run
This October, during Baby Loss Awareness Week (9–15 October), we’re taking part in the Sands Virtual Ribbon 10k Run in memory of our twin boys, who we lost in February.
We’re running to honour their memory and to support Sands, a charity that has been a lifeline for so many families affected by the death of a baby or in our case babies. Sands offers support to anyone impacted—before, during, or after birth—whenever the loss occurred, and for as long as support is needed.
By sponsoring us, you’re helping to:
- Break the silence around baby loss
- Support grieving families
- Save babies’ lives through vital research and hospital training
Your donation can make a real difference:
- £10 could provide a hand and footprint kit to help families create cherished memories.
- £20 could provide a memory box to keep precious mementos safe.
- £35 could answer a call from someone reaching out for support after a devastating loss.
- £100 could help ensure every hospital in the UK has a dedicated Sands volunteer to support healthcare professionals.
