I’ve committed to walking 200K in March for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands is a charity which ensures that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

She changed me - I am walking 100km in March to support the families experiencing loss of a beloved baby
Friday 28th Feb Hi friends, I am asking for your support in donating to my chosen charity - Sands - who I am doing a fundraiser for, walking 100km in the month of March (2025.) Sands was founded in 1978 and has since then been helping to support families who have experienced the loss of a baby.. I experienced a miscarriage in 2021 and was changed by that experience. I was in the first trimester when I had my miscarriage and had to say goodbye to my baby girl. I felt in my heart it was a little girl and for those short few weeks, I connected strongly to her brilliant, powerful energy. I felt so joyful in those few weeks. She changed me. For the better. I think of her often as she was my first baby. After I experienced my miscarriage, I learned that so many women had gone through the same. I realised then that it should be spoken about more so that parents do not feel so alone and know that there is support available for them.Thank you to my Sponsors
