I’m walking 100km in March for families facing baby and pregnancy loss 💙🧡

Hey everyone, i have decided to sign up for the walk 100km in March challenge for SANDS this year.

This is something I’ve never done before but pregnancy loss is something we have experienced and I know a lot of others have too.

I miscarried in November 2023 and found that there was nowhere to turn afterwards, I just had to get on with it. I had amazing support from a few friends around me but felt I couldn’t be very open about it because no one even knew I was pregnant so I kept it to myself for a long time and we went through it alone. I couldn’t even bring myself to tell my family when it happened and took me a bit of time to do so💔

No matter how far through your pregnancy, a loss is still grief, it’s still pain and you’ll spend the rest of your life wondering who they might have been and it should be spoken about more.

I would LOVE to raise as much as possible for this and I know times are tough, but anything that can be raised is greatly appreciated and will go towards helping families through pregnancy and baby loss in the future 💙🧡
