I’m walking 100km in March for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to walking 100km in March for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Hi All, As you may be aware myself and my husband Irfaan sadly lost our baby boy Zavian on 28th November 2023.  Zavian was born without signs of life extremely early at  20+6 weeks old, after my waters had broken prematurely 3 weeks earlier. We only met him for one day but will hold his memory for a lifetime. This March I am making a pledge to walk 100km to raise funds for SANDS baby charity to support others who have also experienced stillbirth and neonatal death or loss.

Please help me towards my goal by donating and keeping our baby boys legacy and memory alive,
