Myself, Simon, Matthew & Lauren are taking part in Sands Starlight Walk

We are taking part in Sands Starlight Walk as we want to help those affected by the loss of a baby to find the light in the dark. Every day 13 babies die before, during or shortly after birth. I am raising funds to help Sands continue to build a world where more babies survive, and more families receive the happy ending they deserve.  

Our darling son Nicholas would have turned 9 years old on 5th September 2024.

The pain of losing him suddenly at 3 months old has never left us.  We are walking the starlight walk as a family to raise awareness of baby loss and the charity Sands and the valuable work they do support families, who, like us have been through this devastating time.

Starlight Walk is a sponsored walk where hundreds of people come together to walk under the stars to remember their babies and raise funds for Sands.
