I’m walking 100K in March for families facing baby loss
Sands is an amazing charity that supports families affected by baby loss, offering vital care to parents during the most heartbreaking moments of their lives.
Taking part in a challenge for this cause is really personal to me. As many of you know we lost our baby at 19 weeks last June, and have more recently gone through miscarriage. This journey is a really hard one to be on both physically and emotionally but I’m incredibly grateful for my husband, family and friends. Their love and kindness has helped me through some of the most difficult times of my life and now I want to do something to give back and help others.
That’s why I’m taking on the challenge of walking/running 100k throughout March. The money raised will go directly to Sands, helping them continue their vital research and bereavement support and helping to ensure fewer families have to experience this kind of loss in the future.
