Walking 100km for all the families out there without their babies
I’ve committed to walking 100km in March for all of the bereaved familles without their babies.
I’ve suffered loss as a mother, it took me a long time to have my daughter, my grief only made smaller by the fact my babies were lost early on and I thank my stars I’ve not known grief like some families do.
Pregnancy loss like mine is one thing, going to hospital and coming home without your baby is another my heart goes out to anyone bereaved.
I’m raising money for Sands.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby.
