I’m running 30K in September for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to run 30K in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

So i just managed my first run in i think nearly 5 years! 
Covid, 4 angel babies, my beautiful rainbow girl Billie and loosing my dad very suddenly in December have brought me to this point in life. Im just coming out of  a fog of whicj i can only describe as deep sadness full of joy. I cant really describe what its like getting my perfect little rainbow baby and not be able to share her with one of the people who have supported
me through life and i loved most in the world. But i can say it hurts so much it's unbearable at times.
So I want to raise money/awareness for anyone feeling that deep pain. Nothing can make it better but talking to someone in those unbearable moments is lifesaving. 
Love to everyone, especially those navigating life in grief.
