I’m walking 100K in March for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to walking 100K in March for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Our favourite March walk

Wednesday 2nd Apr
The Sunday markets was our last walk before we had to take a break but it was the best day. Walking through the Quayside, under the sun with a Di Meo’s strawberry ice cream keeping us refreshed.

Unfortunately we had to stop our strolls as Alaya was poorly but we are well and ready to complete the challenge!

Thursday 6th Mar
I'm a bit behind on my daily kms targets but with a hungry Alaya and tired Ilyas we managed to get a couple more in and reach a total of 10kms!

5k complete!

Tuesday 4th Mar
It was a nippy walk by the river but we took our time and managed to hit 5k with todays walk 🧡
