We’re taking part in Sands Ribbon Run

Sometimes it's a challenge to find the physical and mental strength to run! 
I'm always humbled by the ability of families to find the strength it takes to face the loss of a baby, each finding their own individual amazing ways. 
Our physical and mental challenge is to break the 5k barrier that has become our habit, our comfort zone. To be motivated by the stories I know and to achieve a goal in order to help an organisation which provides SO much guidance, help, support and resources for women, families and staff! 
Thanks as usual to Hannah, wouldn't be a friend of mine if she wasn't prepared to go along with my crazy physical demands of life goals...
